The Role
As a key player in our team, you will:
* Manage a Diverse Investment Portfolio: Oversee both property and non-property assets, ensuring robust reporting and governance arrangements are in place.
* Lead Real Estate Management: Take charge of the day-to-day management of our real estate assets and contribute to major property development projects in Oxford.
* Coordinate with Stakeholders: Act as the College's client representative, working with consultants, managing agents, and legal advisors to deliver projects effectively and strategically.
* Administer Non-Property Investments: Oversee equities, fixed income, and cash investments, liaising with external managers and collaborating closely with the College's Head of Finance and other key stakeholders.
The Candidate
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
* Strong Experience: Proven track record in managing or supporting investment assets, with some experience in property development projects.
* Investment Knowledge: Familiarity with investment principles and portfolio oversight, though deep technical expertise is not essential.
* Outstanding Skills: Excellent stakeholder engagement, organizational abilities, and a respect for governance structures.
* Educational Background: A degree-level education is required; relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
