Salary: £24,500 - 24,500 per year Requirements:
* At least four GCSEs at grade 5/C or above, including English and Maths
* At least 2 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification, ideally in IT related subjects
* Customer focus with experience in customer-facing roles
* Problem-solving and logical thinking skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Learning agility and eagerness to learn
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Organisation and attention to detail skills
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for IT queries
* Use industry-standard tools such as ServiceNow to log, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests
* Build strong technical knowledge of systems, tools, and IT support processes
* Gain exposure to real-world IT operations in a large, complex organisation
* Complete professional qualifications, including the ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate
* Participate in engaging learning experiences, such as the Apollo 13 ITSM Business Game
* Work towards the Digital Support Technician apprenticeship
* Develop essential technical and workplace skills through mentoring and shadowing opportunities
