We’re recruiting for a confident and organised Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy site in Aberdeen.
This is a key role within the FM team, acting as the link between on-site operations, specialist contractors and the client. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes, this could be a great move.
This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing the delivery of facilities services to agreed standards
*
Liaising with contractors and monitoring performance on site
*
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and company procedures
*
Coordinating maintenance works and resolving service issues
*
Managing purchase orders and approving invoices
*
Supporting cost control and budget tracking
*
Carrying out routine service checks and performance reviews
*
Working closely with security and other support teams
*
Acting as a key contact for client queries and service updates
*
Providing team support and cover when required
You’ll play an important role in maintaining site standards, service delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience within a Facilities Management or site coordination role
*
Strong organisational and administrative skills
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
*
Experience working with contractors or supply partners
*
Good understanding of health & safety practices
*
Professional communicator with a customer-focused approach
*
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
