Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Delivery Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall MVS project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Manage Project Plan and Budget: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, and ensure that client requirements are met within the approved scope, schedule, and budget.
* Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with IBM and client employees, as well as third-party vendors, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
* Ensure Contractual Deliverables: Oversee the delivery of contractual obligations, ensuring that cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
* Influence Client Actions: Leverage your expertise and vision to influence client decisions and actions, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
* Expert-Level Knowledge of PM Methodologies: Experience with project management methodologies and their application in complex projects and ability to leverage this knowledge to drive project success.
* Multi-Vendor Service Management: Experience working with multiple vendors and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs, including managing vendor relationships and performance.
* Contractual Deliverable Management: Experience with managing contractual obligations, ensuring that cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met, and identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
* Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IBM and client employees, as well as third-party vendors, to deliver projects and achieve shared goals.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
* Emerging Technologies Knowledge: Exposure to emerging technologies relevant to the client's industry, enabling effective communication and solution development.
* Technical Architecture Familiarity: Exposure to technical architectures pertaining to the client served, facilitating informed decision-making and solution development.
