Role Description
At WEPC, due to expansion, we have further vacancies for experienced phone based sales advisors.
No legal experience necessary as full training is provided.
This is a full-time remote role for a Will & Estate Planning Practitioner at WEPC Wills. As a Practitioner, you will be responsible for conducting will writing, creating discretionary trusts, advising on lasting power of attorney, and assisting with probate services. You will work closely with clients to understand their individual needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure their estate planning goals are met.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in will writing, probate services, and estate planning
* Understanding of discretionary trusts and lasting power of attorney
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Experience in the legal or financial industry is a plus
Benefits
* Basic Salary of £24,000 – £26,000 p.a. depending on experience
* Additional bonus scheme – realistic OTE of £50,000 - £60,000 p.a.
* Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week.

Career Progression.
All training is provided in an initial training course and on an ongoing basis. After 12 months, further opportunities are available to progress into professional roles with industry recognised qualifications within the legal sector and/or management, as we only promote from within.
