About You Caring, empathetic, and reliable Strong communication skills Able to build positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals Previous care experience preferred but not essential – full training provided Essential Requirements: Full UK driving licence Access to your own vehicle for work purposes Ability to travel within Chadsmoor and surrounding areas Right to work in the UK (Due to the areas covered, non-drivers cannot be considered for this role.)
