Responsibilities: Create engaging social media strategies to enhance our online presence, particularly on LinkedIn and TikTok. Craft captivating, platform-specific posts, videos, and more! Work with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overarching marketing goals. Keep an eye on social media channels, analyse performance metrics, and generate actionable reports to refine our content strategy. Support the creation and management of paid social media campaigns, focusing on audience targeting and performance reviews. Produce original web content and blog posts that follow SEO best practises. Oversee daily management and maintenance of our WordPress website. Assist in broader marketing initiatives, including publications and promotional materials. Handle general tasks like invoice approvals and minute-taking for marketing meetings. Contribute to customer onboarding and provide demonstrations of our Warehouse Management System as needed.Qualifications & Experience: Experience in a marketing or social media role. Passion for digital trends and social media. Experience managing multiple social media accounts. Familiarity with paid social advertising and analytics tools. Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail. Hands-on experience in email marketing, particularly with platforms like Mailchimp. Proficient in WordPress for website management.
