About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning challenges. You’ll help create a positive learning environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with special educational needs. Assist with implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies. Support children’s emotional, social, and educational development.
