Role Overview
ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, working closely with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams. Your role will involve leading project execution, ensuring technical feasibility, removing roadblocks, and aligning delivery with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical products, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
* Collaborate with engineering, product management, and stakeholders to define delivery roadmaps.
* Ensure projects are aligned with technical feasibility, business goals, and customer needs.
* Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Implement and optimize Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks for efficient execution.
* Track and report project progress using tools like Azure DevOps, or similar.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
* Drive continuous improvement, optimizing processes for better efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience (5+ years) in technical delivery management, software development, or product delivery.
* Good knowledge of a mainstream Object Orientated languages (C#, Java)
* Good knowledge of SOA: XML Web Services, REST, JASON;
* Solid knowledge of Object Oriented code design.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and modern software development practices.
* Experience working with engineering teams, cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Ability to manage complex technical projects, balancing scope, timeline, and risks.
* Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in backlog management tools like Azure DevOps or similar.
* [Preferred] Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps practices.
* This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and occasional travel to client sites as needed.
Nice-to-have
* Knowledge of specific industry-related software or tools relevant to the position.
* Certification in relevant technical areas (e.g., ITIL, PMP, etc.) is advantageous.
Education & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
