Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced property agent located in our Basildon office. You will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, developing and implementing sales strategies, and conducting market research. Additional responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns and managing sales/lettings activities to achieve a team target, working in conjunction with a Senior Associate and other team members.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
* Experience in Training and developing sales staff
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not essential
* Experience in the real estate or commercial property sector is a plus
