Paid Social Director – Independent Agency | London | 6-Month FTC | £64k pro rata
We’re looking for a senior Paid Social Director to join a fast-growing independent agency in London on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on, strategy-focused role working across high-profile clients, including premium and lifestyle brands.
The Role:
* Lead the paid social strategy and activation across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other key platforms.
* Partner closely with clients to define campaign objectives, targeting, creative strategy, and optimisation plans.
* Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign performance.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, helping build their expertise in paid social.
* Collaborate with creative, content, and wider marketing teams to ensure seamless multi-channel campaigns.
* Oversee budgets, timelines, and campaign delivery, ensuring all activity meets client KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
* 6+ years’ experience in paid social strategy and campaign management.
* Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager; experience on TikTok and LinkedIn is a plus.
* Track record of delivering measurable results on high-value campaigns for lifestyle, retail, or premium clients.
* Confident leading client relationships and presenting performance insights to senior stakeholders.
* Data-driven, strategic thinker, comfortable balancing creative innovation with measurable outcomes.
* Available to start immediately; 2–3 days per week onsite in London.
