A leading Employer Solutions team in a Top 10 Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Share Plans and Rewards Tax Assistant Manager This role involves providing share scheme and incentive structuring, tax advice, and implementation support, with significant client contact and support from the leadership team Responsibilities in this position will include: Meeting with clients to discuss their business and incentive needs Providing advice on the tax treatment of a wide range of share plans during implementation and operation, and on transactions Implementing share plan structures, including preparing the necessary legal documentation Advising on the valuation of shares for tax purposes Provide advice on international share incentive structures Your experience will include: Qualification such as ATT, CTA or ACA Experience of working in a Share Plans / Reward team at a reputable accountancy, law, or consulting firm Proven experience in client handling and project management Benefits include: 26 days holiday BH option to buy/sell, hybrid and flexible working, discretionary yearly bonus and much more The Employer Solutions team operates nationally and this position can be based out of London, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh or Preston offices
