Our mission is to deliver outstanding automotive services and to help us do that we're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to help us continue delivering top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all BMW warranty requirements, systems and standards.
* To be responsible for accurate Warranty work and to ensure that parts exchanged are returned for claim when required.
* Ensure Technicians retain Parts for warranty return when required.
* To ensure procedures are completed as per the warranty handbook.
* To approve work order and ensure times allotted are not exceeded and that additional work is recorded accurately with the Workshop Manager.
* Present warranty claims invoices for payment to BMW (GB) Ltd providing explanation of charges when required.
* Ensure that all claim queries are resolved in a timely manner.
