As a Clinical Lead, you will: Direct and support staff in creating and maintaining person-centred Care Plans and Risk Assessments. Ensure Care Plans are followed and regularly evaluated. Support new staff during their induction. Act as a clinical and professional role model, assessing and supporting students and learners on placement.
