Are you an experienced Dental Practice Manager looking to progress your career? Come and join my clients well-established clinic of over 22 years! They are a mainly private Dental & MediSpa practice in Bracknell, where your hard work and dedication will be truly valued and appreciated!
Your Role & Responsibilities:
CQC Compliance & Information Governance (using Dental Compliance – DCME)
Designated Safeguard Lead, Fire & Safety Officer, and First Aider
Auditing: Clinical Team, Reception, Patient Journey, and MediSpa
Human Resources & Team Management
General Administration: Rota Management & Email Handling
Facilities Management
Supporting the Business Development Manager & Principal Dentist with ad-hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Previous Dental Practice Management experience essential
Strong CQC knowledge and compliance experience
High attention to detail and methodical approach
Proactive and calm disposition – a true problem solver
Self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written communication skills (documentation & reports)
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
R4 Carestream knowledge (advantageous)
Experience with Dental Compliance (DCME) (advantageous)
