This is an ideal position for graduates or individuals considering a future career in teaching. Key Duties: Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across the curriculum. Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who need additional help with their learning. Support pupils with SEN or learning difficulties to ensure they can access lessons fully. Encourage positive behaviour, motivation, and participation within the classroom. Help prepare lesson materials, classroom resources, and displays. Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff to promote student wellbeing and academic success. Contribute to extra-curricular activities and school events where needed. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience working with young people or in a school setting is advantageous. Graduates with an interest in teaching or education are strongly encouraged to apply.
