These opportunities are for Senior Clinical Fellows with training opportunities in Nevill Hall Hospital (NHH), Abergavenny in South Wales. The posts will primarily be based in the care of the elderly specialty with the opportunity to gain specific experience across the medical specialities including Endocrine and Acute medicine.
The expectation of the role is to provide middle grade support as part of a multi‑disciplinary team in a 28–32 bedded sub‑speciality ward. The post holder will carry out independent ward rounds in the unit in addition to consultant led ward rounds.

The successful candidates will be able to access training across the medical specialties and a variety of accredited training courses, under the supervision of RCP trainers. Audit and QI projects will be a requirement of the post and the post is supported by a dedicated research lead based in Cardiff University for anyone interested in research.
