Overview
This is a varied role supporting both the office and workshop operations, ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident using online systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with day to day office and workshop administration
* Obtaining supplier pricing and processing purchase orders
* Checking goods received against delivery notes
* Helping with packing and booking parcels via FedEx and other couriers
* Supporting stores and stock related tasks
* Handling customer queries and taking messages professionally
* Booking hotels and travel arrangements when required
* General administrative support as needed
Skills & Experience
* Previous office administration experience preferred
* MUST hold a driving license
* Forklift license would be advantageous
* Sage and stores/stock control experience desirable
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working within structured processes
* Confident using the internet, email, and online booking systems
* Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support different areas of the business
* Good communication and customer service skills
Working Hours
Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30
