Role Overview:
The Night Manager is responsible for the smooth, safe, and professional operation of the hotel during overnight hours. Acting as the senior manager on duty, this role ensures continuity of service, guest satisfaction, and security while upholding NICI’s high standards of hospitality. The Night Manager plays a crucial role in problem-solving, decision-making, and guest relations, ensuring that late arrivals, overnight guests, and early departures experience the same level of care and attention as during daytime operations. In a newly opened, high-profile hotel, this role is essential to protecting both the guest experience and the integrity of hotel operations around the clock.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all overnight hotel operations and act as the main point of contact for guests.

Handle guest queries, complaints, and emergencies calmly and professionally.

Supervise night staff and ensure all departments operate efficiently overnight.
* Ensure security procedures, audits, and night reports are completed accurately.

Prepare detailed handovers for the daytime management team.
