Essential skills:
* Must be polite, outgoing and friendly.
* Great attention to detail and thoroughness.
* Driven to deliver an excellent customer experience.
* Previous experience in customer facing roles is preferred but not essential.
* Experience in Leading a Team is preferred but not essential.
* Previous Experience using social media to help drive sales is preferred but not essential.
Duties include:
* Opening & Closing the business to a high standard.
* Running the day to day trade of the business and leading a team on shift.
* Maintaining conditions of axes and target boards.
* Taking bookings over the phone and via email.
* Welcoming and assisting customers.
* Monitoring and interacting with games in person.
* Serving, maintaining, and replenishing bar stock.
* Driving sales including return custom and upsell.
* Delivering consistently excellent customer experiences.
