Overview
As a People Services Advisor you will become part of our committed People team who embody the College's people-first culture. In this role you will be key to providing advice and guidance to leaders and managers and colleagues across the College in line with our values and people-first ethos.
You will work closely with colleagues within the People Services team and throughout the organisation to foster a culture of high-quality customer service, flexibility and responsiveness, in line with the College's high aspirations for our colleagues, students and our college community so everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
About the role and team
We are seeking candidates who are from experienced Advisor backgrounds but also those looking for progression in to an Advisor role from an Officer role.

Responsibilities
* Provide advice and guidance to leaders, managers and colleagues across the College in line with our values and people-first ethos.
* Collaborate with the People Services team and other departments to support high-quality customer service, flexibility and responsiveness.
Qualifications and experience
* Candidates from experienced Advisor backgrounds or those seeking progression from an Officer role into an Advisor role.
