About the Role

The successful candidate will join Nasstar’s Presales team, responsible for creating technical presales solutions, documentation, and supporting sales engagements. The role requires confidence, experience, and self-motivation to work with minimal supervision across technical and business discussions at all organisational levels.

Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing solution proposals, demonstrations, RFI/RFPs, implementation strategies, designs, and Statements of Work. The role involves liaising with Sales, Bid Management, Product & Propositions, Technical Delivery, and Support teams. Flexibility for remote work and travel is essential.

The candidate should advise clients on Wide Area and Local Area Networking technologies, focusing on secure networking concepts such as SD-WAN, SD-Branch, and SASE architectures, including services like ZTNA, CASB, and FWAAS.


Responsibilities

The Customer Solutions Architect will operate in a presales capacity, engaging at a senior level to define and own customer technology strategies. The role involves working on high-value, complex requests, managing technical sales components, and creating customer-facing artefacts.


What We Are Looking For

* Ability to produce sales supporting documentation, including scope, solution design, and project definition.
* Experience building strong client and team relationships, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Confident presentation skills and ability to run client workshops.
* Self-management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
* Recognised IT certifications from vendors like Fortinet and Cisco.
* Extensive experience in enterprise networking solutions, including security, WAN, LAN, and working with cloud connectivity solutions from vendors like Microsoft and AWS.
