Responsibilities
* Working with Fee Earners on freehold and leasehold sales, purchase and mortgages
* Compiling and sending out draft contract papers
* Drafting AP1's and TR1's
* Requesting searches
* Dealing with Land Registry and SDLT
* Chasing outstanding enquiries and sending requisition statements
Qualifications
* Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential
* A confident communicator at all levels, both verbal and written
* Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Previous exposure to case management systems, and the ability to use online systems used for SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications etc
* Excellent organisational skills
