Qualifications:
A BSc and/or MSc in Ecology or a related field
Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., CIEEM)
Essential Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in line management or leading technical teams
Confident reviewing tenders, fee proposals, and technical reports
Strong client communication skills – particularly explaining complex ecological issues in plain language
A sound understanding of the Scottish planning system
