What You'll Do
* Support individuals with day‑to‑day tasks – from personal care to life skills
* Encourage independence, confidence, and decision‑making
* Be a companion, mentor, and advocate
* Help people access the community – shopping, social events, work placements
* Handle challenging behaviour with compassion and calm
* Be part of a team that feels like family
What You'll Need
* Kindness, patience, and a sense of humour
* Willingness to learn and grow
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Experience is great – but attitude matters more
* A driving licence is a bonus, but not essential
