Sales Development Representative £26k Commission Benefits (OTE £35k) Oxfordshire Hybrid (once a week in the office) 8.30am – 6pm (some flex) Monday – Thursday, 9.00am – 12.30pm Friday Are you motivated, curious, and ready to make a real impact? We’re expanding our dynamic sales team and looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel growth. As the driving force behind our initial sales efforts, you’ll dig deep into leads, nurture meaningful relationships, and create the momentum that opens door to major business opportunities. We’re ideally looking for someone with a Financial Services background or experience with mortgages, who understands the landscape and can confidently engage with prospects in this space. In this pivotal role, you’ll report to our SDR Team Leader and Head of Inside Sales, working side-by-side with a forward-thinking, ambitious sales team that’s transforming the industry. The Role: Qualify high value leads from campaigns with a focus on Directly Authorised and Club Mortgage Brokers. Drive outbound activity through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to ignite new conversations. Deliver strong, consultative introductions that uncover prospect needs. Accelerate prospects through the sales funnel, consistently hitting progression targets. Book qualified meetings and calls for our AM and senior sales team. Keep abreast of new products, services, pricing, and market updates. Partner with the SDR Team Leader to optimise outreach tactics and messaging. Be willing to take on board continuous training to elevate your sales performance. Support wider business channels through targeted inbound and outbound activity, including B2C and survey partners. About You: Previous experience in a sales, account manager or sales exec role essential Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls and prospecting. Proven track record of achieving sales quotas. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) desirable. A desire to understand and grow within the industry, company's products and services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
