Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and we are on the look out for a passionate Grant & Operations Manager to join the team as part of this launch
As Grant & Operations Manager you will report into the Head of Community. You will play a central role in the establishment and day to day operation of the David Lloyd Clubs Together Foundation. The role is critical to the smooth running of the foundation ensuring strong governance, effective use of charitable funds and will support the growth and development of the foundation.
The role will oversee grant processes and funding applications as well as manage relationships with funders and delivery partners. You will monitor budgets, track income and expenditure, prepare financial summaries, and support audit readiness, along with providing governance support to the Board of Trustees. Acting as a key liaison for stakeholders you will deliver executive and operational support and help to embed strong systems and processes within a growing charity.
The role is Hybrid, location flexible, with some travel will be required when necessary.

About you:
* Experience working in a charity, voluntary or not profit organisation, or a role with strong grant and project administration responsibilities
* Proven experience of managing or supporting grant and funding applications
* Experience of budget monitoring, financial reporting or financial administration
* Knowledge of grant funding processes and funder requirements
* Confidence working with budgets, financial information and reports
* Awareness of data protection, confidentiality and good record-keeping practices
