Senior Sales Development Representative (Payroll Services) - Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation : Proactively identify and target potential clients within payroll bureaus and SME payroll functions using a combination of research, outbound calls, emails, and personalised outreach strategies.
Outbound Activities : Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers, nurture interest, and create opportunities for the sales team.
Inbound Lead Follow-Up : Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualifying their needs and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team for further engagement.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and align them with the company’s payroll solutions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead generation and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

Senior Sales Development Representative (Payroll Services) - Requirements :
