Sales Administrator with Accounts Support
Grantham. Permanent £26,000 – £30,000 (DOE)

The Role
This is a diverse and dynamic position supporting both the Sales and Accounts departments. You’ll be at the heart of operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly while delivering excellent service to customers and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
– Liaise with customers and suppliers, providing professional support via phone and email
– Highly organised, with incredible attention to detail and accuracy
– Process documentation accurately and efficiently
– Provide quotations, processing and chasing orders
– Learn from the Sales Manager to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
Accounts & Administration
– Reconcile sales and supplier statements and assist with credit control
– Manage and maintain the cash book
– Provide general support to a busy

What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is:
– Sales and Customer Service orientated, confident in liaising with UK and international enquiries
– A confident communicator—face-to-face, phone, and email
– Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
– Experienced with MRP/CRM systems
– Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
– Confident preparing quotes and managing orders
– Numerically strong with good analytical skills
– Experienced in accounts with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles

– Monday–Thursday: 08:15 – 17:00 | Friday: 08:30 – 12:30 (early finish!)
