Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you will provide vital support to residents, helping them live with dignity, independence, and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs
* Supporting mobility within the home
* Helping with housework, cleaning, and tidying
* Preparing and cooking meals
* Administering or assisting with medication
* Supporting residents with daily routines and activities
* Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing at all times
* Working as part of a supportive care team to deliver high‑quality person-centred care
