About the Role

As a Geography Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to develop their understanding of the world around them.

You’ll be joining a school that values strong teaching, consistency, and positive relationships with students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality Geography lessons
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive classroom environment
• Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress
• Work collaboratively with department staff and the wider school team
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times

What We’re Looking For

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Geography at secondary level
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for Geography and education
