The Clinical Governance and Clinical Audit Lead plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and safety of clinical services provided to children and their families. Reporting to the Head of Safety, Clinical Governance, Risk, and Quality within the Nursing Directorate, the candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the clinical governance framework and clinical audit processes across all clinical areas. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with national standards, promoting evidence-based practice, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. The candidate must be on the NMC register.
