We are recruiting for an experienced Headteacher for Upton Grange School in Slough. Our well-established school supports pupils with Autism aged 5 to 11 years old.

This is an excellent opportunity for an inspiring Headteacher to join our team. You will focus on improving academic performance, supporting students with behavioural difficulties, developing social skills, and raising aspirations.
You will uphold our vision of ‘Thinking and Learning Differently’ and promote high-quality, creative learning tailored to our pupils' needs, maximizing their achievement and development.
The role involves travel across the Hillingdon Manor group of schools (4).
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will demonstrate dynamic leadership, ensuring the development and promotion of our school's vision, and creating outstanding outcomes for students.
You will lead our shared vision through inspirational leadership, motivating pupils and staff, and collaborating with stakeholders. Strategic planning is essential for continuous school improvement.
You will work with the senior leadership team and the Regional Director to provide inclusive educational and therapeutic provision.
You will have overall responsibility for the school's strategic leadership and ensure high standards across the group.
* Relevant experience working with young people with additional learning and communication difficulties.
* Experience as a Head Teacher or Deputy Head in an SEN school.
* Experience with Ofsted procedures and working with School Improvement Partners.
* Effective management of budgets and financial compliance.
* Relevant Teaching Qualification.
