Role: Conveyancing Assistant – Residential Property Team Location: North Lincolnshire Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per annum Key responsibilities involved with the Conveyancing Assistant role: Liaising with clients, banks, building societies, and estate agents. Preparing and dealing with completions including documents, accounts, letters, SDLT forms, and invoices. Drafting Contracts for Sale and managing sale files up to exchange. Completing registrations and post-completion duties. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant. A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills. A high level of IT literacy and adaptability to case management systems.
