Manufacturing Engineer
We have a fantastic opportunity with a leading manufacturer in the Redhill area for a Manufacturing Engineer.

Salary: Excellent Salary.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30–16:30, Friday 08:30–16:00.
Location: Redhill.
Job Description
* Support day‑to‑day production activities, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvement plans
* Lead Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews to optimise product build processes
* Analyse downtime, identify root causes and implement improvements to increase quality, efficiency and productivity
* Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensure smooth transition into production
* Collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Support quality assurance activities and investigate manufacturing failures and non‑conformances
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Previous experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
* Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles including 5S, Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies
* Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools
