The Opportunity
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and people development? We’re looking for aProduction Managerto join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality products efficiently, safely, and on time.As Production Manager, you’ll lead a production area, coordinating teams, resources, and activities to meet production targets while upholding the highest standards in health & safety, food safety, and quality. You’ll work cross-functionally with departments across the business and take ownership of team performance, continuous improvement, and colleague development.
* Lead and inspire your team, fostering a values-led, people-first culture.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Drive food safety and quality, acting swiftly to manage risks.
* Deliver production plans efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Use KPIs and data to guide decisions and lead improvement projects.
* Manage staffing, recruitment, and development to build high-performing teams.
* Communicate clearly and confidently across all levels of the business.
