We are a small manufacturing business supplying the Sign & Display industries and are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, contributing to our overall success.
Responsibilities
* Learn our Product Range and understand their applications so as to be able to provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as processing orders, maintaining records, and managing schedules.
* Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Experience
* Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Proficient in using office software and CRM systems to manage data effectively.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
