Job Description
3. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
4. Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making processes.
5. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial targets are met.
6. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
7. Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and insights.
8. Support year-end audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
9. Monitor cost control measures and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
10. Ensure timely submission of tax returns and other statutory filings.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
12. Proven experience in management accounting within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
13. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
15. An understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
16. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
17. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
18. Preffered NetSuite experience.
