* To provide leadership and expert knowledge to the team, especially with regards to Oncology Clinical Trials
* You will be part of the ward/unit management team responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of patient care under the guidance of the ward and unit managers. You will be working closely with other professional colleagues to ensure that consistently high standards and quality of care for patients are maintained and that the patient’s needs are met.
* You will gain an understanding of the physiological, psycho-social, spiritual and cultural needs of the patients and their carer’s and to develop a broad spectrum of clinical proficiency. To develop a positive and realistic and supportive attitude to patient and the family to ensure their needs are met.
* To provide clinical advice, training, education and support to patients, relatives and other professional colleagues related to SACT.
* To promote a safe clinical environment for all patients, their carer’s, visitors and staff.
* To comply with the Trust’s values and expected behaviours.
