Job Description
The Property Finance Paralegal's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
3. Title insurance conveyancing
4. Full due diligence conveyancing under supervision from a solicitor
5. Being proactive with team tasks
6. Assisting with quote requests
7. Carrying out initial communication (verbal and written) with all parties including banks, other side solicitors and brokers
8. Drafting and reviewing paperwork
The Successful Applicant
The Property Finance Paralegal should be:
9. An experienced paralegal, ideally with prior exposure to property finance or commercial property work
10. Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
11. Able to manage deadlines and competing priorities with a proactive approach
12. Strong understanding of legal process
13. A strong team player with a desire to learn, contribute and develop professionally
