Launch Your Commercial Career in Renewable Energy

Graduate Sales Development Representative (Fast-Track Programme)

Location: Chatham Kent

Salary: Starting from £26,000 basic (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40,000)

Full-Time | Office-Based

Project Better Energy is a growing UK-based energy company supporting organisations in understanding and optimising their energy usage.

We are now recruiting for our Sales Development Programme. A structured entry point into a long-term commercial sales career.

This role is designed for ambitious individuals who want responsibility early, structured development, and a clear pathway into senior sales positions.

As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, you will operate at the start of the commercial sales process.

You will be trained to:

* Research and identify target organisations
* Engage senior decision-makers professionally
* Conduct structured commercial discovery conversations
* Clearly articulate the value of energy analysis
* Secure Letters of Authorisation (LoAs)
* Qualify and hand over high-value opportunities to senior sales colleagues

You will work closely with experienced Business Development Managers and gain exposure to real commercial negotiations and strategy.

Development & Progression This is not a static SDR role. Successful candidates can progress into:

* Business Development Manager
* Senior Commercial Sales
* Wider commercial leadership roles within the Group

You will receive:

* Structured onboarding and formal sales training
* Ongoing coaching and performance feedback
* Clear performance frameworks
* Defined progression pathways

Previous exposure to commercial B2B sales environments with clear KPI structures is advantageous but not essential.
