Job Description Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) Location: Horley PCN GP Surgery, Surrey Salary: £54,000 - £58,000 (pro-rata for part-time) Hours: Part-time or full-time (flexible, 20-37.5 hours/week) Contract: Permanent We are a friendly, forward-thinking Primary Care Network (PCN) GP surgery in Horley seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct autonomous consultations for undifferentiated acute and chronic conditions, including history-taking, diagnosis, and management plans. Prescribe medications within your scope of practice, in line with NICE guidelines. Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., bloods, ECGs) and refer appropriately to secondary care. Support minor illness clinics, health promotion, and long-term condition management. Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver integrated PCN services. Maintain accurate patient records using SystmOne or similar systems. Person Specification: Registered Nurse with MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent) and non-medical prescriber qualification. At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in primary care or urgent care. Excellent communication skills, with a compassionate and evidence-based approach.
