The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Paralegal to join a highly regarded Real Estate Telecoms Team, in a prestigious law firm based in Milton Keynes. This is a full-time, office-based role, and the successful candidate will ideally be available to attend the Milton Keynes office five days a week. Occasional travel to our other office locations may be required, as directed by your manager.
This is a great opportunity to work with major clients on a diverse range of property matters in the fast-paced and growing telecoms sector.
Key Responsibilities
As a Paralegal in our Telecoms Real Estate Team, your role will include:
1. Managing your own caseload across a wide range of property transactions including leasehold and freehold acquisitions, deeds of variation, surrenders, assignments, licences, easements and more.
