Finance Graduate
MGCB is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified finance graduate to join the organisation. Initially working under the supervision of the existing team they will be required to assist and support the delivery of a wide range of financial management services in order to meet MGCBs financial requirements.
Mersey Gateway Crossings Board ltd. (MGCB) is the organisation responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the two companies that deliver the £1.86B Mersey Gateway Project (toll bridges over the River Mersey with over 2 million crossings per month); Merseylink oversees the maintenance and operation of the bridge; and Merseyflow manages the tolling of the bridge.
We offer a salary of £28,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with long service) and membership to a pension scheme. We also will provide a training and development package to work towards an appropriate accounting qualification.
You will be based in the Runcorn office and working on a hybrid basis.
