Graduate Automation Engineer
Required for a well-established design and build company based in the Bishops Stortford area. As an automation engineer, you will be involved in control systems design and automation.
The role suits a technically minded graduate with a strong interest in control systems and automation, holding a MEng or MSc Engineering degree related to electronics, control systems, robotics, or automation.
Job Overview
* Design and develop automated control systems
* Ensure automation systems are compatible with other machinery components
* Program and test logic controllers (PLC's)
* Work with clients to design controls and automated machinery to their specifications
* Conduct R&D, including after-market repairs and updates for clients
Job Requirements
* Master's Degree in Electronics, Robotics, or Automation-related field
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
* Located within a commutable distance of Bishops Stortford
Salary & Benefits
* Monday to Friday, Full-time, Permanent position
* 28 days' holiday including bank holidays
