Overview
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join an existing team of two.
Responsibilities
* Support as minute taker and clerk to the Board of Trustees, handling confidential papers.
* Assist Senior Management Team in all aspects of administration, finance, HR and reception support.
* Provide high‑level administration and customer service for our Help at Home Project, dealing with new clients and workers and ensuring all paperwork is completed to a high standard.
* Administer support to staff of Amber Valley CVS and its member groups.
* Lead and complete all administration tasks for the operation of our highly successful Disclosure & Barring Umbrella Service.
* Support volunteers within their administration role.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proof of experience in fast‑paced, varied environment.
* Strong customer service, IT, and reception skills.
* Desirable finance and HR experience.
* High competency in administrative tasks and prior reception work experience.
* Proficiency with Office 365, including databases and bespoke packages.
* Ability to maintain records using spreadsheets, databases and filing systems.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £25,396.80 per annum + 5%/3% auto enrolment pension.
Working Hours & Holiday
37 hours per week – Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm (4.30 on Fridays). Overnight or weekend work may occasionally be required. Holidays: 6 weeks plus bank holidays, pro rata.
