We’re recruiting a Business Development Director for a specialist clinical trial logistics provider, part of a larger global healthcare logistics group. The company focuses solely on supporting clinical trials and advanced therapies and is in a strong growth phase.

* Core capabilities include: patient‑centric services (e.g. home‑based support), biological sample shipments, GMP/GDP‑compliant storage and distribution, and clinical packaging/kit production.

The Role
* Take ownership of new business development for clinical trial logistics services in your region
* Identify, approach and convert new clients.
* Sell a portfolio of services spanning patient‑centric solutions, biological sample logistics, storage and distribution, and temperature‑controlled transport and packaging.
* Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and capability presentations through solution shaping, proposal, negotiation and close.
* Build long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders in clinical operations, supply chain and procurement.
* Work closely with internal operations and project teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable and smoothly transitioned into live projects.
About You
* Significant business development experience in clinical trial logistics, pharma logistics or closely related clinical trial services.
* Track record of winning new service‑based business
* Comfortable selling complex, multi‑country solutions involving temperature‑controlled and time‑critical shipments.
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Collaborative working style and comfort in a fast‑paced, growing organisation.
