Entertainment Travel Consultant As an entertainment travel consultant, youll be responsible for liaising with hotels and airlines and working closely with Tour Managers, Production Managers, and bookers to put together itineraries for UK, European and worldwide tours. Expertise and experience are key here because while sometimes youll have months to plan a tour, at other times it could be only a few weeks, which is when weve found practice really does make perfect. Maintain regular contact with clients (and other travel agents) to keep them informed of progress and the status of booking, including updating on developments Working Hours: 08:30- 17:30 or 9:00-18:00 Monday - Friday About you Extensive Entertainment Travel experience Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes Advanced skills in GDS Sabre Preferred but other GDS' will be considered Experience in touring and group bookings Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
