Aramark UK on behalf of the Principality Stadium is recruiting for a people centric People Operations Manager who can lead the charge in attracting top talent, planning workforce strategies, and ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Home to the Welsh National Rugby Team, the iconic Principality Stadium isn't just a stadium - it's a stage for history. From hosting Rugby World Cups and FA Cup Finals to welcoming world-class concerts, it's one of the most famous landmarks in Wales, alive with energy and unforgettable experiences.

This is a permanent and full time role working predominantly Monday to Friday. You will be expected to work evenings and weekends on match days and events.

A day in the life of a People Operations Manager:

* Recruit and onboard team members for match day and non-match day events
* Deliver an engaging candidate experience to position Aramark as an employer of choice
* Manage high-volume recruitment, matching skills to roles across bars, food and retail outlets
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs
* Implement talent marketing strategies, including careers fairs and community engagement
* Partner with agencies and local organisations to ensure equal opportunities and smooth processes
* Plan and optimise staffing schedules for events, balancing productivity and budget
* Monitor attendance and performance, providing feedback and ensuring compliance
* Produce accurate reporting on vacancies, fill rates, and recruitment challenges with solutions
* Lead and develop the recruitment team, driving best practices and fostering high performance
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including client teams, community partners, and recruitment agencies
* Support HR-related tasks during match days and events to develop HR knowledge and capability
* Prepare proposals to support business decisions related to recruitment and scheduling


You'll be set up for success if you have:

* Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within hospitality, sports, leisure, or events industries
* Proven experience in workforce scheduling or labour planning
* Background in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or community outreach is desirable
* Understanding of HR processes and employment best practices
* Experience in multi-stakeholder or client-focused environments is advantageous
* Proven experience in managing and developing a successful team, with a track record of achieving recruitment targets and fostering a positive, high-performance culture
