Responsibilities
:
1. Develop engaging, interactive, and results-driven training materials using instructional design models (, ADDIE, SAM, etc)
2. Oversee the creation of storyboards, scripts, simulations, assessments, and other learning content and ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry requirements
3. Mentor other team members and content creators through the instructional design process
4. Coordinate project timelines, set milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality learning solutions
5. Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, business leaders and other stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content
6. Implement learning analytics to track learner engagement, performance and knowledge retention
7. Analyse data and gather learner and stakeholder feedback to assess effectiveness and rmend continuous improvements to refine and enhance the training content and learning experience
Qualifications:
8. Minimum of 6 years of related experience
9. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
10. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Educational Technology, or related field
11. 3+ years of experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or learning development
12. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia)
13. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management platforms
14. Familiarity with multimedia design tools is a plus
